Liked: Comfy bed and good location if you want to be in the cbd.Night staff were not particularly friendly and a bit useless However the manager I spoke to in the morning was excellent he helped accommodate my request and was friendly and reasonable.
Disliked: Very outdated bathroom and pretty run down room, needs a renovation for sure.Initially was given the keys to the wrong room which had two single beds not one double as booked.

Liked: This location is ideal for tourists seeking centrality, situated right across from the airport bus stop and sky center. The beds are notably comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the room amenities include tea and coffee bags. Considering its prime central location, the pricing is fair. The staff was very helpful and kind when storing our luggage after checkout.
Disliked: The windowless room, leaky bathroom and peeling ceiling are negative points. Access through the bar and the lack of an elevator must be considered for those arriving with a lot of luggage.

The perfect safe and central...

Liked: The hotel is a gorgeous heritage site in the best spot in the CBD if you're looking to explore the city. The room was cozy and had a rustic charm to it. The bed was perfect for the climate. The hotel and area were safe and the staff were pleasant and helpful. A nice happening spot for my solo girl trip!
Disliked: I've got no complaints. If you've done your research and chosen The Albion, you're in for a pleasant surprise. The only disappointed guests will be those that didn't do their research and expected a 5-star.
