Very pleasant, comfortable hotel in...

Liked: This is a lovely little hotel. A very pleasant surprise. I was worried about parking, but spaces were available right outside the front door [might not always be so.] Staff could not have been friendlier and very pleased to have a ground floor room.
Disliked: Nothing

Handy hotel, with really helpful...

Liked: Just off Great western road, just a few mins walk from Kelvinbridge underground and parking which was really useful. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking needs to be planned.

Disliked: room & bathroom a little small. stairs not good for elderly

Fine for the value.

Liked: It was close to most areas so easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops.
Disliked: The parking was a little tough in that you couldn't leave your vehicle in the all day parking area so we needed to get up before 8am to move the vehicle. My husband went downstairs to the dining room to read and have a coffee and was told to go to his room because he didn't buy the breakfast. The dining room was nearly empty. Seemed odd.

Wonderful. We loved it.

Liked: The location is fantastic. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Rooms are small but clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It doesn’t have a lift. so be prepared to carry heavy bags up a lovely winding staircase.

Excellent location but the facilities...

Liked: Excellent location and clean room
Disliked: The stairs are very steep, turning and curved as well. We managed to get up and down the stairs with our suitcase very carefully, not an easy job. If you are senior, maybe you need someone to help you. Also the sink is blocked and we are lucky the lady at the reception agrees to change a room for us.
