Liked: The location of the hotel in the middle of all convenient restaurants, shopping malls, and only three minutes’ walk to the beach.

A good stay, but with...
Liked: We recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Housekeeping was done daily, which we really appreciated.Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety.
Disliked: •The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work properly.•There was no space to dry swimsuits.•In the café, there were too few tables for a family of three — we had to wait several times for a table to become available.•The issue with our personal tax exemption still hasn’t been resolved. The hotel keeps directing us to Booking.com, while Booking.com is waiting for confirmation from the hotel.

Way below average. Not to...
Liked: I believe that this hotel lies to its customers. At the time of booking the pool was “under construction” to be finished in March-25. Then close to the date of travel the messaged it would be “end of july”…. At which time we could no longer re-book. While we were there we took pictures of the pool still being “under construction” but we saw no work being done. Just a bare empty concrete pit. Upon asking the hotel said it would likely be August. I wonder if this somewhat dilapidated hotel has the funds to have the work completed. The beds, airco and location were OK. I’m not overly critical but this is a place I would avoid next time:
