Liked: Location! Location! Location!2 blocks from the beach!Loads of shops & restaurants nearby! Lobby is well decorated.Front desk staff were pleasant. Bar had great customer service.
Disliked: For what it was, it was too pricey. I get the old art deco style but this wasn’t that. The decor of my room was cute but overall, they need a refurb. It needs to be modernized while maintaining some of its charm. No breakfast included not even a coffee machine in the room. It would have been good to check in earlier.

Exceptional

Liked: This was our 1st trip to US and we stayed in 3 different hotels. Albion was the only place where everything impressed. Reception was polite and professional, hotel was clean, great location, no surprises and no issues with payments etc. Damage deposit was returned very swiftly after check out.

A great hotel.

Liked: We liked every single thing about the Albion hotel. Perfect location , extremely helpful and friendly staff , who were always happy to help with any questions we had.The room was very comfortable and the bar was a very nice , relaxing place to be.The decor was very tasteful and in very good condition.The breakfast was extremely good , varied and tasty.Overall , superb.
Disliked: The only negative was that the pool refurbishment was not completed . But to ensure the guests were happy , the staff allowed us to have the use of loungers , parasol and towels for the nearby beach.So overall , it's not really a negative !When we go back to Miami , we will definately be booking at the Albion.
