Liked: Was a good location, good size room, meets basic needs
Disliked: Could have been cleaner, the beds where stained and the room was not clean, rooms smell of smoke even though no smoking, people smoking cannabis in the garden at night and constantly banging the doors and others being loadWas there 4 days but got hardly any sleep.

Liked: Bed was very comfy and view from the window was nice.
Disliked: Ironing facilities listed on the booking but none on arrival, confirmed by the contact when called asking where they were. Had to use the cleaners iron which was the only one in the building with 13 rooms.No coat hangers to hang clothes once ironed. There is a rail but no hangers.We couldn’t shower for the first day and a half as there was no water pressure in our room. When we called the contact to tell them, there was nothing done to try and help us wash. No alternative room offered or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.Multiple plug sockets would trip the electricity in the room and you’d have to manually go and switch it back on in the fuse box outside of the room.Not the best stay if I’m honest. No real help or consideration for the bother it caused. Person on the phone couldn’t wait to put the phone down. No mention of reimbursing the fee or even a small fraction for the issues that we experienced!

Liked: It has a great location.
Disliked: The room smelled of smoke, and it wasn't a pleasant smell, it was obvious and the shower this morning all of a sudden was cold

Liked: Location and the ease to get entry with the codes etc
Disliked: It smelled of cigarettes (luckily outside the room) but still not pleasant to walk in on. And we had someone directly sat outside our door on the top of the stairs on their phone. Made who I was with feel super uncomfortable therefore ruining the vibe of the trip.
