Bad experience

Disliked: First of all, the room was very horribly smelly to the point I had to go and buy an electric air fragrance plug to help it a bit.The condition of the room was very poor, poor condition of windows frames, radiator. Especially the toilet, inside the bathroom was the worst. 'Towel holer' was very rusty, there was a bit of mould in the bathroom. The cabinets were very dirty.The whole room was very dusty.

Liked: The site was wonderful, clean,
Disliked: The heater is not working that was really bad thing, in Manchester it was really cold I was not comfortable in the room because of the weather, I think if the heater was working, it would be a very good thing, I hope they take this in mind

Liked: The bed was really comfortable. Check in and Check out was really easy.
Disliked: The bathroom door, we couldn't lock it.

Very good

Liked: Everything was nice and cosy, just what we needed for the weekend. Was surprised by the ensuite, thought it was going to be communal, so was happy with that.
Disliked: The front door was very sticky and hard to open, we had to ram it to get in. And the door for the ensuite was quite awkward and creaky, not the best when you're trying to be quiet and the other is still asleep.

What a dump

Liked: The shower was warm
Disliked: The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. Rooms dirty, other guests loud and inconsiderate well into the night, staff unhelpful.
