Nice , shame about the...

Liked: Great location, lovely bedroom and breakfast
Disliked: Member of staff in bar was obnoxious, (man with beard)we went to go eat at Neuk in the evening, was nobody there, were then asked if we had booked a table and that the table we sat at was booked even though he had seen us walk by and there were no reserved signs on any tables?!?, we decided not to eat there and went elsewhere, a pity as rest of staff were very nice and welcoming

Enjoyable and we are planning...

Liked: Staff are friendly and lovely rooms and very quiet despite it being very busy.
Disliked: Nothing, it’s in the process of having a major expansion and what they have done so far was lovely.

Liked: Location great for ferry. Clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Very poorly arranged bathroom for the price. Plenty.of space but nowhere to.put toiletries and clothes -.not even a hook.on the door!

Comfortably

Liked: Staff were excellent - they were friendly and helpful.Good sized room/suite. Comfortable bed.Good breakfast.Centrally located.Pleasant dinner.
Disliked: Our visit coincided with some major renovation/expansion work.Bar had no draught beers because of maintenance work.
