Basic hotel, noisy street, friendly...

Liked: What was great: even though officially checkin is from 2pm only, when I told them I would be arriving at 9am they arranged for my room to be ready by 10am and even gave me free breakfast while I had to wait!
Disliked: Even when I asked for NO cleaning, roomservice still came into my room, changed towels and re-arranged my belongings in the bathroom and bedroom. Also, when it was very warm at night the hotel refused to turn on the A/C saying that some guests are cold. It's a shame because opening the window is not an option: the street is very noisy
