Liked: The lady that served us breakfast was exceptional and actually all the staff were exceptional. The location was perfect.
Disliked: The rim was a little small, but apart from that, we couldn’t fault it

Liked: The staff are the stars of this property. Without exception they were welcoming, helpful, happy and really wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were amazing. Full of variety, freshly prepared, great produce and wonderful bakery goods. The location is perfect - just around the corner from the main piazza.
Disliked: Our room was much smaller than those shown in the photographs. The bathroom, although spotlessly clean, was in need of a refresh. Somewhere close by was exceptionally noisy into the early hours of the morning. The price advertised on Booking.com increased by over £50 when we pressed the confirmation button. Booking.com offered no explanation for this. However, I do not believe this to be a fault with the hotel.
