Liked: The room with the view of the tower was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable, and the air-con was such a welcome relief. But what a fantastic location. You are right in the middle, perfect. All the staff were friendly and polite too.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small, but it had the most incredible view of any bathroom I've ever been in! No tea/coffee, or smart TV, but with the location we were out so much it really didn't matter to us.

Huge disappointment!

Disliked: Mattresses, pillows. I'm 5'4" and my feet hung over end of bed. The staff. Only 1 roll of paper, not enough towels. We booked thru you, Booking.com. Named 5 guests and prepaid. Then at arrival the staff said I owed more money,. Also there was not a third bed in the Junior Suite where should have been as advertised. When I asked if they could put a bed in there they said they didn't have one. Next night they did put one in there. The bathroom had a sewer smell! Also in the other room we had, a sewer smell. They also complained about mattresses and pillows. There is a step off right after you get off elevator and It is not marked. I almost fell and did pull a muscle. The staff were so smug telling me we had more people than we paid for. And again as I said we had 5 people named in 2 rooms. They made me feel like I was sneaking people in. So not so! The only thing they had going for them was location!

Liked: Breakfast was average at best. Location was excellent.
Disliked: Its s very old hotel with many steep steps to reception and no lift before reception.We were charged 280 euros for the second night well above the first night at 197 euros. 280 euros was way overpriced.
