I was really surprised but...

Liked: The staff was very kind and helpful. If I had a question, they answered kindly. You can find everything within a few minutes' walk.

There should be a fan...

Liked: I likes the position of the hotel. It is in very good place next to metro.
Disliked: What i don't like was, the toilet door doesn't lock, there was no fan in the room and the AC would cost additional then there was additionl 14 euro charge despite i paid online. Other then that it was ok but in 35 degrees c° having no AC or fan it was like sleeping in an oven. I was expecting fan atleast.

Only for short stay. Not...

Liked: Location is really good. Accessible to where you go in Milan.
Disliked: Too old, some are broken. Aircon is not free. No any good odor. Seems not a hotel. But its okay for a short stay like overnight stay only.

Exceptional

Liked: Good hotel with an excellent price/service ratio . The room was clean, as was the private bathroom. There is also a floor common bathroom, which was well-maintained and equipped with a large window for ventilation beside the toilet of our quadruple room. The hotel was close to the metro station, which provides easy access to the center of Milan. The man at reception was very kind and helpful, and the service is available 24/24. I recommend this hotel for low-budget trips or groups of friends like us.
