Liked: The hotel is located within easy walking distance of many of the interesting sights to see and a wide choice of eating places; as well as near the main rail station and bus terminal for the airport. The breakfast is excellent and very well catered for!The hotel staff are very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Having access to tea and coffee making facilities during the day was much appreciated.

A miserable night spent sweating...

Liked: The staff was really great! The hotel is in a decent location in the center with really pretty decor. The breakfast was really great!
Disliked: We had a miserable night. Our stay was 3 March and the staff advised the air conditioning was turned off/unusable for the winter season when we reported the digital thermometer showed 27C. Overnight, the temperature in our room 2nd floor triple room was 25-27C/77-81F. We opened the window, but then it was extremely noisy. The staff had no fans and couldn't help. It was a miserable night and nothing was offered to address how uncomfortable the experience was. We were glad we only booked one night.
