Great view, terrible key system...
Liked: The view was the only good thing
Disliked: The staff were not very welcoming and there is a very strange system of having to leave your key and collect your key everytime you enter the hotel. They also lock the door and on 2 occasions we were just stuck outside our accommodation late at night. It feels like you are being babysat and you have to state your room number everytime.

Small hotel, with a killer...
Liked: Hotel has killer view, it is near one of Miraduro's of Lisbon, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. So people climb all that way to see the view from the spot, which you'll have it from your room. To me it made it well worth it. It also seems to be small family owned family, so it's another nice touch. You could always buy some water or Cola at reception. There are some cafes and places to eat nearby too.
Disliked: Cleanliness could be slightly better. Leaving keys at reception is a bit unusual.

Would definitely stay again
Liked: The view is exceptional, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff, particularly Diogo, very kind and welcoming. Very good value for money
Disliked: The breakfast is included but has very low options and variety

A great basic hotel for...
Liked: We could have a room facing to a the castle and the old town of Lisbon. It was great to wake up for the view. The staff were very kind and helpful. I wish they had a bar open on the top floor. The space is only open for the breakfast. It’s a great hotel for those who are sightseeing during the day and come back to the hotel for a shower and sleep.
Disliked: The shower curtain was moldy, not just a spot but the whole bottom line was black and smelled when we showered. The rest of the room and bathroom was very clean and nice.
