Very disappointing!

Liked: The beds were good, clean. It was the little things that mounted up to being annoying, and not being happy with my stay.
Disliked: After hours contact...nobody answered when i couldnt get in after hours. The fact i was given 1 key and couldnt even turn on a light or have a shower in the dark when my partner needed to leave the room and take the key. I was told i would have to book 2 rooms for 3 of us as there were only double beds in the rooms...we had a single bed that my son could have sleeped in, in our room...waste of $160 when he could have slept in ours. The person on the desk, when we walked up to check in he looked at us and said 'just wait!' No hello no enjoy your stay or thankyou. Is this Auckland hospitality...cause it sucks!

Would stay again

Liked: Very nice hotel with great staff and location. The room was tidy, had good storage, and was a nice size. The kitchenette was a good and the room had pots and pans available to use to do your own cooking. Bowls, cups, and cutlery was supplied as well. The beds were soft and warm.
Disliked: The shower leaked a little so a towel had to be put on the ground to soak up the water when showering.

Liked: The parking was excellent, the location was quiet and peaceful with a lovely view from the large windows. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very useful for cooking a meal and making toast and tea. The owner and staff were very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. I was very happy there was no strong fragrance from cleaners in the room.
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind.
