Trip was a Mother’s Day...

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is the location and friendly staff. The eclectic decor adds to your Paris experience. We ended up adding breakfast on both days and it was just perfect the fact that it is available until 12 is brilliant as we were not early risers on this trip
Disliked: Nothing was exactly what we needed for our trip ❤️

Wonderful staff at Alba Opera...

Liked: Fantastic boutique hotel, very quirky and cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was perfect for us, 10 minute walk to Montmatre and Pigal. We had tickets to see the Moulin Rouge and were able to walk from the hotel and back. There were so many places to eat, literally 5 minutes from the hotel. It was a longer walk of about 25 minutes down to the busier, touristy attractions like Eiffel Tower, but you can also get the Metro from Pigal, which was a 5-minute walk away. Our room was more spacious than I thought it would be, and there was a second bedroom for my daughter with a single bed, which was also a decent size too. A nice feature was the lovely big shutters to open with a nice view. If you struggle with stairs, it's maybe not the hotel for you, There is a small elevator which was very rustic but very narrow. The elevator added to the charm of the boutique hotel but not really suitable if you need wheel chair access. We got an Uber from the airport as we got in late, which was only 39 euros, which was pretty good. I would definitely go back to stay there, and hopefully soon. Paris was an amazing place to visit.
Disliked: We had no complaints at all. Everything was fantastic!

Spacious, good location, and friendly...

Liked: Spacious two bedrooms and a desk was very useful. The bathroom was extremely large and spacious, with a separate toilet room, which was appreciated. The location of the hotel is very central to public transportation, restaurants and within walking distance to the city centre.
Disliked: The elevator was very old and charming, but small and did not always come when called. The rooms were also very dark and moody, which is nice at first, but if you are staying for a few days, a brighter room would be more suitable.

Fun romantic get-away

Liked: Stylish and fun building, good sized room. Staff were friendly and helpful.Lots of great places to eat walking distance from the hotel and the rest of paris was easily reached by the metro.
