Fantastic location, Queen bed very...

Liked: Liked the location and comfortable main bed.
Disliked: Single beds weren’t comfortable and I found bathroom a little cramped for a family group compared to the previous room I stayed in a few months earlier.

Okay

Disliked: Cleaning liquid left on toilet seat and on shower cubicle floor making both slippery. The shower floor slipperiness is potentially dangerous, particularly for older people.

A really nice place to...

Liked: Being more modern facility, the size of the individual car parks is adequate to accommodate the popular vehicles. The room is fresh, comfortable and pet friendly. After trying many in Mackay, ALARA is our first preference. Amith is doing a great job looking after his guests.
