A perfect and friend place...

Liked: Staff we super friendly and helpful. I did try a little bit of French, but they were supportive to see I was rubbish and we then communicated in English
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't quite cleaned properly and the shower head leaked at the edges

Doable

Liked: Location. Excellent.Room amenities everything needed is there except less light in the room and bathroom. Need to improve here with lighting.
Disliked: Requested the staff charging points were loose in the room, one light was not working on top of the bed but the other three was, house keeping said, just do with 3 lights the forth one will replace after all three lights stop working. French hospitality at your best here. You need to install sound proof windows as you are located right next to a busy street, these days sound proof windows are very reasonable and easy to install. Need to improve the noise level at your hotel.

Exceptional

Very suitable hotel for visiting...

Liked: Good location close to main rail stations, excellent beds and linen, daily cleaning and changing towels, sparkling clean bathroom. The staff fulfills all customer requests (if insisting a little bit). Good value for money.
Disliked: Too small shower cabin.

OK. Wouldn't go back. Better...

Liked: Very close to Gare de L'Est
Disliked: Certain staff members were rude, fly in orange juice jug, noisy neighbourhood, windows don't block it out. No information given at check in re breakfast times, wifi etc...
