Alamo Inn and Suites - Convention Center

Very nice room; very clean; front desk personnel very helpful on directions; great places within walking distance to dine.

Liked: First time - wonderful customer service.

Liked: Easy to check in, plenty of parking, clean, and convenient.
Disliked: Couldn't really move the tv mounted on the wall to have it face the bed closest to it. We could hear heavy footsteps throughout the night. And the blow dryer only let out cold air.

Disliked: Pillows were not cleans. Bed was not comfort. It has to be changed

Liked: Alamo has been my go to for nearly ten years. I like the location, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the queen beds are comfortable for the most part
Disliked: Traveling with family I booked two family suites and a regular queen room. I stayed in 232. The room was spacious but the full size bed in the private room was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. It was hard and the pillows were not the quality as in the other rooms. I got little to no rest and feeling achy all over especially my back. Had this been my first experience I probably would not be back, but since it is not I will continue to stay here but in a regular room.
