Liked: Needed a place to rest night before we left out on a cruise. This was affordable and that’s about it
Disliked: Half the property appeared to be for long term renters, bus stop at the corner very sketchy neighborhood, abandoned van in parking lot appeared to have been broken into, linens stained (I hope), flying bugs about a dozen dead lying in floor,

It's clean, relatively safe, but...

Liked: It was one of the more affordable hotels/motels available the night before leaving for a cruise. The facility was very packed (parking wise) when we arrived (late) but the attendant was very accommodating in helping us secure a parking spot. You can tell a great deal of effort has gone into renovating and updating the facility but it is an older property. It was clean, but could easily feel "not clean".
Disliked: The units have window units for ac built into the wall. When the rooms aren't rented, they're turned off. When we first entered the room the humidity in the room made everything feel damp. The unit ran all night but never could lower the humidity nor make the sheets on the bed feel dry and didn't do much to move the needle temperature wise throughout the unit.
