A wonderful stay, thank you...

Liked: The hotel had a very welcoming feel, from the staff and the beautifully furnished sitting room. Happy hour between 4-6pm in the sitting room was a cosy event, the coctails were wonderful.The funky retro styling and art works on the wall made it a pleasure to walk the halls.The location is handy to get to much of Hobart.
Disliked: There was nothing, but will warn others that it does have shared bathroom facilities and no cooking or tv in rooms. This was not a bother for us, and actually a joy not to have the distraction of the TV.

Perfect location, comfortable environment, with...

Liked: Alabama is perfectly located in the centre of Hobart’s CBD. It’s a converted old pub accommodation that’s been tastefully updated and very comfortable. ALL the staff are amazing, genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them to handle and when I needed to rebook a room for the night right on closing time it couldn’t have been easier. I am very appreciative for this.
Disliked: There is nothing not to like. For budget friendly accommodation in such an excellent location you can’t realistically ask for anything more.
