My stay was nice but...

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating and everything was very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included. I paid for a “city view” and what I got was a view of a parking lot. The room was very small for the price I paid.

Would recommend for families

Liked: Strong aircon. Good location. Great food can be found across the road in the food truck stop
Disliked: Really low ceilings. I kept banging my hand off it when I was changing. No view

Liked: Very impressed as this is a large convention hotel not on the beach. Excellent location for Convention Center and attached to the Ala Moana Mall.

Superb

Liked: Ala Moana Hotel is in a great location, a foot-bridge from the shopping centre and perfectly convenient to all public bus routes. The pool area is a lovely spot to rest and take time out, and the option of a full buffet breakfast onsite was a very welcome one.
Disliked: N/A
