Great location for shopping but...

Liked: The staff are friendly. The valet guys are very efficient and you never have to wait more than a few minutes.
Disliked: The room was designed so that there is a vent in the room's entrance hallway that blows out continuous cold a/c and so the room always has a "chill" to it even when I have the wall a/c turned off.

Liked: It was shabby, despite attentive and good everyday housekeeping- it requires much more care. The bathroom is antisanitary, renovation is urgently needed!
Disliked: The room was too small for 2 people. The lobby staff was unhelpful, arrogant and not guest friendly. They ignored Booking, pretended not to find the room, finally offered the room that was in a low floor, window facing the parking.

Liked: Quiet...gym was nice.sauna..great food downstairs.
Disliked: Air conditioner wasn't as cold as I would like but made up for it with a huge bathtub.love baths

Disliked: Listing did not disclose parking few is $40 per day as well as additional tax or $45. This overall cost of a one-night stay was $100 MORE than expected!
