Disliked: We reserved room with ocean view But our room was at lower level and view outside of our window was parking lot

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely welcome. We absolutely loved our room. Great ocean view with balcony in the Waikiki Tower. Its worth the little extra. Good lobby with excellent staff to help you with anything. Location next to mall and restaurants. Speak Easy Bar and Restaurant on site. Quick response to any housekeeping or reception calls. Get an early check in and late check out which also helps if you need to. The hotel were able to accommodate.
Disliked: Needed to ask for restocking of sugar, creamers a few times. Air con unit leaked a few times as well. Only very minor things and once we called it was attended too. Would still definitely recommend.

Wish we could have stayed...

Liked: Great location and wonderful pool.
Disliked: Shower left a lot to be desired. Low pressure,temperature control was “weird”.

Despite small issues, it's always...

Liked: Location by the mall was nice! I was able to get some shopping done with just a short walk across the parking lot!
Disliked: Some of the porters are not friendly or smiling - something you expect when you come to Hawai'i, spirit of Aloha and all that. Long lines at Check-In/Check-Out - should be more heavily staffed during those periods.
