Liked: Location and valet excellent!
Disliked: Ice machine on even floors only, huge inconvenience, no Kleenex tissue in the room anymore.

A fun long trip

Liked: The maid that worked the week days was so amazing but the weekend girls skipped our room twice..
Disliked: The laundry room was in shambles and had mold. On floor 6.

Pleasant

Disliked: My view was a laundry vent right outside my sliding glass door with lint everywhere

Anniversary Trip

Liked: Check in was quick even though there was a convention going on staff was helpful and so amazing. First time trip in Hawaii and the the convenience of having the car rental and the Mall located next door was a plus. Whenever we do return this is our choice of stay. I can't remember the gentleman who checked us in but thanks for all the advice with the hotels and the locations to visit or not anniversary trip.

Had the most amazing time

Liked: Great location, still walking distance to Waikiki. Friendly staff, concierge was amazing and found great adventures for us, a huge shout out to Emi.
Disliked: The pillows weren’t very comfortable

Liked: Location walking distance the shopping area. My Daughter like the convenient location.
Disliked: Check out time limit
