Local taxes made the room...

Liked: I like the staff overall. Heide at the front desk was exceptionally good. Housekeeping was friendly and accomidating.Although small, the lanai was a good touch.
Disliked: The bathroom was too small and the door swung too close to the commode. The tiny tub was too slick when wet and was too high. Local taxes are too high.

There is no need to...

Liked: We stay center city, the location was great, the mall was a bonus. I can't remember the beach, All I know if was in walking distance from the hotel. I stayed in Rm 2026.
Disliked: I have no completes of anything. Iiked everyone about Ala Moana, I will stay there again and again.
