Liked: Camilla was really helpful and provided me with instructions to check in as I was arriving really late to the property. She made the process easy to follow. Good location if you plan on catching the train. Everything is walkable distance

A rough stay in a...

Liked: The person who checked us in was sweet and attentive, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t meet expectations. We were told the room had air conditioning that we could control, but that wasn’t true. The toilet ran all night, making it hard to sleep, and when we brought it up, the response didn’t seem very concerned. We also arranged for a cab through the host for an early morning pickup at 4:55am, but the cab never showed up, which was incredibly stressful. Overall, while the service at check-in was kind, the lack of follow-through on basic amenities and support was disappointing.
Disliked: The area around the property didn’t feel safe — there was ongoing construction, a man sleeping on the street right in front, and groups of men on the median benches catcalling as we walked by. Inside, the experience wasn’t much better. The toilet was broken, the room was uncomfortably hot. You really do get what you pay for.

Short stay

Liked: Stayed 1 night, very accommodating as we arrived late and we were leaving early the next morning, fresh towels and a great shower with everything we needed following a long journey, clean and comfortable, some good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again
