Liked: Good location, very easy to reach the metro station Universidad, friendly stuff, clean rooms. We could leave the luggage at the reception after check out. The food from room service was good as well.
Disliked: The kitchen could have been better equipped. The toilet is in the middle of the room and zero sound proof, just a sliding glass door.
