Liked: Great location, everything is in walking distance. A safe place, very silent, just perfect!!!
Disliked: I was just happy with my room. No complains at all!

Value for money and friendly...

Liked: Location and safety.
Disliked: No air-conditioning, which was ok, but the overhead fan was so noisy it was a hot sleep.

Close to CBD if you...

Liked: Close to East Perth train station and the CBD.Nice comfortable bed and good shower.
Disliked: Appeared someone tried our door a couple of times during the night.There was left overs in our fridge which looked like parsleySome coffee, tea and milk would have been nice to have a drink on arrival
