Nice location near south entrance...

Liked: Building is in very good shape., Room is klean and kitchen new .Parking is komplex and expensive but ok, small terrace with view. Nice location near water, restaurants and bars
Disliked: No hanging possibility in room . Ails to long and use of elevators complex and limited. Restaurant and bar open to late. Good especially for long stays

Great hotel in the ideal...

Liked: The location is so central to all restaurants, bars, shops and a short walk to the beach! We could walk everywhere. It is also close to the airport. We liked that it had a little kitchen you could cook for yourself in if you wanted to. The room was very clean and spacious. We also loved the pool!
Disliked: There was no wardrobe in the room or any place to hang up your clothes. There was also no steamer in the room but the hotel provided an iron and ironing board when we requested one. There were no pool towels so we had to use the towels from our room.

Would stay again, just some...

Liked: Bradley at the front desk was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. Location is great - off the island but close to the main strip of restaurants in west palm beach. Close to airport. An Uber ride to the beach. We loved the pool!
Disliked: No late food at least right now (seems they are building still) - has a restaurant that only serves charcuterie boards and there is no room service. Nothing else nearby late - not even a convenience store. The hotel front door is locked late night. My friend arrived late - despite having her name on the listing the late night front desk staff just said “no pending reservations” and hung up/ would not let them in the building. Eventually resolved but a bizarre reaction to someone with bags waiting at the front door.

Liked: Modern, clean and stylish with great gym and facilities
Disliked: I never discovered if there was a restaurant and the staff in the lounge area were not very helpful or friendly

Quick stay with my family...

Liked: I stayed in a 2 bedroom with a family of 4. I believe ro service should throw out garbage and possibly change out towels.
Disliked: Hotel just needs food.
