Short & Sweet stay, would...

Liked: Family-operated small guesthouse with perfect location. Close to Heathrow, but far enough to not be bothered by any airplane noice. Very calm and quiet surroundings, enabling a good night sleep in a very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast too! Communication with manager Jay was easy and I was very thankful for being able to check in late, due to my flight arrival-time. Oh and extra bonus that there is a small grocery-store right next-door.

Cricket stay

Liked: Good communication prior to stay, very pleasant welcome when I arrived. I wanted a simple one night stay, which was clean and tidy with a good breakfast. I got exactly that at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Some traffic noise

Great place for a budget...

Liked: The staff were friendly and professional. It was clean and tidy which I value more than luxury. Bed very comfy. Area quiet for a good night sleep. Free parking very important for me. Parking and alley were lit which made me feel safe to go there night time. Breakfast could need improving but ok in general. Kitchen staff very friendly.
Disliked: Location., not close to shopping centre or so. So biscuits for night snacks for those who missed having a dinner. Would. Be very appreciated

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were friendly. There is a corner shop outside the property. On the main road there are lots of places to eat. The room is decent.
Disliked: Upon entering the main door of the building opposite reception, I was immediately hit by an awful stench that persisted throughout my stay, it was exceptionally worse in the ground floor dining area. The next morning, sections of the false ceiling had collapsed over the dining tables and floor, leaving debris everywhere. Kitchen staff simply looked on, they seemed as amazed as I was. They still offered me breakfast, but how can one eat in such an environment?! My floor also had lots of builder types lodging on it making a bit of noise shouting along the hall and just acting how they would on site. As a i'm a deep sleeper sleeper they didn't bother me much, but a light sleeper would undoubtedly regret their stay here.
