A very pleasant stay in...

Liked: It was convenient in terms of location. It was a good price for a family room .
Disliked: The stairs were steep . No problem for us but anyone with mobility issues would need to ask for help .

Superb

Liked: We had a short stay at the hotel because we needed to get the bus from Victoria. The location is great for commute. Overall happy with our stay there. The reception was always smiley and happy to help us.
Disliked: In my opinion, it can be considered expensive but it was a last minute booking so we had to take it.

Disliked: 4 floor walk up. Far from station. Strange staff.

Superb

Liked: Great location and staff
Disliked: One of the hand towels and one of the bath towels had small colored marks on it.Also there was a raised step going into the bathroom that I tripped over when I first arrived

Easy and convenient

Liked: All you need in the room is there- shower has great pressure! I loved it
Disliked: Stairs and no lift- not a problem for me at least
