Disappointing

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Upon returning home I have noticed that I am covered in bug bites.

Absolutely posh place to stay.

Liked: Near to train station, bus station, famous attraction. I was surprised they clean our room and changed the towels on our 3rd day of stay. Trustworthy staff.

Liked: Few minute walk from the main coach station which made it ideal to walk down to with luggage Lovely reception area to walk into and as we arrived before our allotted check in slot we were able to leave bags to have a look around before hand.Staff very friendly and helpfulGreat WiFi handy to keep children occupied as tv had basic channels
Disliked: Lovely room apart from only 2 out of the 5 plug switches were working not ideal with 3 family members needing to charge phones or iPads. There was also a light hanging above mirror that was hanging from wiring as the wall fitting had been pulled or come loose due to weight of light fitting.Shower facility was lovely, clean and powerful shower but it filled with access water making it a slipping hazard also very small hard to shut door over when entering and lock didn’t work on door

Liked: the location is great, and the room was clean
Disliked: I arrived at check-in time, and had to wait for 4 hours in the rain and with no battery. I was informed that the room was not available. This was very frustrating. And the room was tiny, there was barely room to move.

Disliked: Facilities are awful, had curtains that don't even fit the window. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Disliked: After being disturbed by noise from the room next to me all night and complaining to reception the member of staff them decided to call me at 5 in the morning to confirm he had sorted it on complaining to the manager he then informed me that he would authorise a refund for the night and asked me to email so the hotel had a record of it this morning I received a email saying that the hotel don’t give refunds so if you want bad service and staff that lie this is the hotel for you

Be aware of bed bugs

Disliked: I have stayed in the room on the third floor and guess what, I spotted there were red visible bed bugs on my bed next morning. Honestly it was disgusting and horrifying experience. I did talked to the front desk but there seems to be no major action has been taken.
