Liked: The position and the personnel was kind
Disliked: The building was falling apart. Literally. A part of the building fell in my balcony and thank god nobody was there but it’s a serious matter. My dad almost died because he wanted to go to the balcony but he forgot his phone and 5 minutes later we heard a big noise and we saw the concrete. I immediately call the manager and he told us to not go to the balcony and took a video of what happened. They need to renovate and fix the structure cause it’s very risky and not safe.

Liked: The location
Disliked: I know that photographs can be deceptive and misleading and it could be just the room that we were given but after a long day of travelling we were put in a position where it was very difficult to navigate our cases into the rooms and we we finally got down the flight of stairs and into our rooms there was no way that we could fit our cases in

Easy walk too coach station...

Liked: Shower good and enjoy making nice tea as had kettle in the room.
Disliked: When book this hotel think only few stairs.Had go 4th floor no lift just stairs.lucky I only had large backpack and medium size two wheels weekend bag and my pillow as I hate hotel pillows.The stairs horrible dangerous if got lots luggage if stay longer stay away from this place.This hotel full book so could not move another room.My bed very uncomfortable did not sleep that well.The mattress had gone in middle of it had padded it with duvet over it.Room in loft type area with small window and view out not great.bathroom floor tiles large one crack in it very loose.Hole carpet near large mirror on wall.Room 401.2nd night went home.Next time I think book better hotel.

Great staff, friendly and helpful....

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean.
Disliked: It was very noisy at night, sounded like a generator running. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it wS clean.

Liked: The location was great. Very close to the Victoria coach station and train station. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My room card did not work every time I came back from the day. I was on the top floor with no lift so constantly going up and down the stairs was frustrating

Excellent

Liked: I got a free room upgrade so I had a huge room. There was an ac but I didn't need it because the temperature was perfect. The bed was comfortable (not the softest but not too hard either)The shower was also nice.

Liked: the entrance hall and cleanliness.
Disliked: the wall sockets were loose and it was difficult for the charger and other appliances (iron, hair straightener) - at least for the single small room I stayed.there was no elevator to the very top floor (especially if you forget anything) yet the staff was helpful.
