Liked: I always enjoy my stay here.

Rundown property with people walking...

Liked: Property looked nothing like the photos online. There is a rundown deck next to property that is an eye sore. Random people walking around property at night.
Disliked: Random hairs on beds, shower and sink. Fridge was in the bathroom. Office was closed at night. We half half a roll of toilet paper for our stay.

Good

Liked: Room was very clean.
Disliked: No staff to check us in (had to go next door). People knocking on our door after midnight. TV suddenly came on at 1 AM.

Pleasant

A pleasant stay and accommodation...

Liked: Booked due to flight cancelation. Was hesitant to stay here but was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of hotel, room, and the clean & very comfortable bed. Complimentary beverages offered at front desk. Very friendly front desk service. Back of hotel offered soothing waterfront view. Overall, a pleasant stay and experience.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: We were looking for a one night stay and the place was very clean and the staff were excellent. Such a nice stay and will definitely come back.
Disliked: A bit of a walk to the hotel

Terrible

Liked: Very little
Disliked: Staff not courteous, the room rate on booking went from approximately $100 per night to $300 for the room. Room was not clean, area was not safe (I didn't know the Philly area). Office was closed when I tried to check out.
