Disliked: The bugs on the door heavily on the lights on the balcony. The front desk people are nice every last one ! The housekeepers have very nasty attitudes! Very rude wouldn’t give me anything that I needed on the cart while she was doing her daily housecleaning. She kept saying go to the front desk everyday! Remind you I’m all the way in the 3rd floor My family and I stayed for 7days straight that was rude! Construction outside was very loud everyday disturbed my entire day by the loud banging and equipment.

Disliked: The outside of the building and the office could use a refresh, but we were pleasantly surprised at the room and the location was great!

Liked: The room itself was great. No complaints. The staff was super nice and helpful as well. Particularly the blond lady that was working at the check in, I can’t remember her name. I was Only there for one night for a cancelled flight. It was perfect for that kind of thing or a quick business type trip, or longer if you had a rental car.
Disliked: Nothing.
