Will never stay there again

Disliked: No remote for tv , blinds not operating , shower not operating , and on top front desk forgot to send some one to fix shower , despite stating she will send someone right away !

Disliked: Not sure what the check out instructions were as no one was at the front desk when I was leaving, had to leave my room key on the desk. Hope that was okay.
