Disliked: No cutlery even though there was a fridge kettle and microwave

Overall, good value. Negative features...

Liked: Clean, screened & secure windows, quick response for late check-in procedures, clean towels and kitchenette, kettle, cups. A/C available, hair dryer. Light in various areas of the room, although dim. Great location.
Disliked: Toilet paper holder does not hold the roll, keeps falling off onto floor. The shower drain is blocked and the base fills with water. The light over the bed wasn’t working. No creamer for coffee (even powder would do). Comforter covers (navy blue) were stained. No plug by bed.

Liked: The hotel was pleasant the room was smaller than expected and the photos did it more justice. But it was comfortable and clean with new bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Close to a restaurant for dinner and a free shuttle to the airport the next morning. The staff were efficient and friendly and work very hard. It was actually perfect for the one night stop over. It deserves 8.5

Comfortable close to transport resturants...

Liked: I liked the closeness to the city and the easy transport options Was quiet and clean However the property is overdue for refurbish of rooms
Disliked: There is a toaster and microwave provided BUT no plates knives or forks even plastic is better than nothing not much use when you have nothing to put food on or eat with.I told the lady at reception when checking out that there was a gergling sould when you empting the basin which normally indicates a blockage somewhere She wasn't interested just said we will see if it gives trouble before getting it sttended to

Liked: Friendly staff. The mini bus to cruise term was excellent.
