Liked: The spa bath and location
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the air con took awhile to figure out how to get the heat in the room. The number of pillows (x2) for a couple was disappointing

Liked: Great airport pick up/ drop off service. Thanks again.

Disliked: On arrival the room was very cold. Being quite dark inside didn't help.

Exceptional

Suitable for a short stay.

Liked: Handy spot for a sleep before an early flight from Auckland Airport. The motel provides an airport shuttle & car parking, but we did not use this.

An overnight stay before catching...

Liked: The unit was warm and comfortable for an overnight stay close to the airport before an early flight. We could use the microwave to heat up something to save going out again. We were able to park our car right in front of the unit.
Disliked: The bathroom was cold.

Thank you for it all...

Liked: Clean rooms, comfy beds and good communication with the office as arrived at 1am and key was in lock box, room warm which was so nice ( it’s the middle of winter)
