clean and basic motel, proceed...

Liked: location, easy to get to and from.
Disliked: price was a little high for a basic motel, but it was adequate for my one night stay.

fair lodging but poor value...

Liked: good location
Disliked: removed furniture from room while we were away without notice or apology. no late checkout option. no liner for ice bucket.
