Liked: It was close to the airport, which was nice since we had an early morning flight out.
Disliked: It was dirty, run down, and honestly just sketchy overall. They gave our room to someone else even though we did not check out. Some employees were quite rude. Lots of the people staying in rooms seem like they live there and we did not feel safe.

Liked: I found the bed comfortable but my sister's back hurt every morning. The room was clean. Most nights were quiet. The manager was very nice. Breakfast was good. The price was good.
Disliked: There was noise the first night from people around the pool until 1:00am. No kleenexs were provided. Some of the hallways were dirty. Our closest ice machine was not working. The bathroom fan was exceedingly loud.

Disliked: No clue how the hotel is a 3+ star rating. The hotel is older, rub down. The fan in our bathroom was super loud, made you not want to turn the light on. 1 small trash can in the whole room, super thin walls, room/building need an overall.

Liked: They refused the room to me tat the price shon to me was wrong.
Disliked: That clearly customers are my important

Liked: The staff seemed to care about their jobs. When the airline changed my schedule the hotel was accommodating. The room looked newly updated. Water did not backup in the tub or sink. Loved the classics surviver Cadillac Limo.
Disliked: The pillows felt like they were stuffed with plastic cotton candy. Not a good pillow in my opinion.

Disliked: I and others with reservations did not get the rooms we had reserved months in advance. I was told there was an airport shuttle service but when my time came...no shuttle and no one answered the bell. I am disabled and HAD TO WALK to the airport!!!!

Liked: The hotel is super clean. The breakfast is amazing. They provided fresh fruits, sausage and ham for breakfast. Location is also close to the airport.
Disliked: Some of the photos, like the bW one, are misleading. Their management system is out of dated. A occupied room was provided at first.
