Liked: The check in was simple, helpful friendly reception staff, an excellent shuttle bus available to the airport the next morning. My room was compact but spotlessly clean and despite the hotel being very busy there was no noise at night. I will use it again

Liked: David at the reception desk was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond
Disliked: Beds uncomfortable and the lights from outside hotel shone into room and was daylight all night long.

Disliked: Room very dated, we never got to use the swimming pool it really should be put in description when you can use. Doors constantly getting banged shut all night and kids running up and down hallways screaming and shouting till after 11pm. Beds are uncomfortable

Mixed feelings, but passable for...

Liked: Breakfast excellent, spotless bed linen & towelsLocation would have been superb, but recent mismanaged road closures led guests a merry navigational dance, however not the hotels’ fault. Probably the best value hotel close to the Airport.
Disliked: The hotel is getting shabby and badly needs a makover. Sloping, worn-out matress, curtains hanging off rails, sticky bathroom floor. Most guests would pay another £20 per night for a freshly decorated and furnished room
