Pleasant stay, but if I...

Liked: The location was good. First impression, it was a nice building. The staff were helpful, the meals in the bar were good, and the service was good. The toilets were clean.We had a trip to Wilmslow, which we enjoyed. it is a nice town we had never visited before.
Disliked: There was no milk, drinks, or biscuits in our son's room, which was disappointing to say the least, as he had travelled from Australia. Also, the pillows were SO HARD it was like sleeping on bricks, our necks hurt the next morning, and we all had little sleep due to the hardness of the pillows.

Airport hotel with great additional...

Liked: Liked the option of spa facilities on site. Hotel staff all friendly & professional. Rooms very dated but still OK when stopping just 1 or 2 nights. Location next to runway so was gr8 to walk alongside it & see planes departing.
Disliked: Noise early morning & late evening from planes departing.
