Great value. Amazing nearby walks.

Liked: The property is a little dated and rooms are simple. It is all clean however. The best bit is that the hotel sits on the edge of a beautiful National Trust site and there is so much beautiful walking around there. I went for two long walks around the woods and it was very restorative before a long flight.
Disliked: The banter of the shuttle driver was inappropirate. There is no option other than a huge breakfast so I decided to drive into Wilmslow to a little cafe for breakfast there which was nicer.

Liked: Beautiful walking trail along the creek. I wish we would have found it earlier in the day so we could have seen more of the trail. Don't pass up walking this trail if you stay in this hotel.

All very good. But bring...

Liked: All absolutely brilliant, Staff extremely friendly, professional and service exceptional. ONLY downside was we were getting up very early to catch a flight and there was an unholy racket going on outside our window and carried on in the corridor and room about 3-4 away. Just down to totally inconsiderate other “guests” and due to lack of sleep put a dampener on start of what should have been a relaxing holiday.
Disliked: As above. Soundproofing rather inadequate
