Liked: Breakfast was very good, nothing else was acceptable
Disliked: There was no heating, when I inquired at reception I was told it’s summer so all heating is turned off. This was not explained at reception when we booked in. We brought a dog with us which was allowed, previously before we arrived we phoned reception during the day and asked if the dog was allowed in restaurant when having food, they said no but they did say dog was allowed in bar area for having food. When we booked in we were told dog was not allowed in any areas where food is being consumed. We had two breakfasts each day (2 days) which we had to eat in our room. Tried to complain but management weren’t available as had left for the day. On both days we had to go the Honey Bee up the road for our evening meals and they allowed dog and guests service which was exceptional unlike your establishment.

Disliked: Room was dirty, very cold smelled of cigarette smoke, bathroom was outdated as was the room and furnishings, the carpet had seen better days. We booked out after a couple of hours

Very good

Liked: Good parking, decent size room, bed was comfortable, good size tv, Nice bar area for meals, good price, was nice to have a bath and a shower, friendly staff who advised about transfer service and option to leave my car whilst on holiday.
Disliked: Hotel was slightly further away from airport than expected, 10 to 15 minutes roughly, travelling on straight roads, it was easy to find, set in a quiet rural location, passing a costas encounter and other available food outlets.
