Definitely will use this hotel...

Liked: I had stayed the week before and was very happy with the room and being able to leave the car. Learnt lesson to make a quicker decision and book leaving and then coming back- paid more for this room but that was because of timing but not a complaint- just a heads up to others.

Friendly and helpful staff -...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the international airport and on a bus route into Central Christchurch. Fantastic restaurant on site!
Disliked: Although comfortable and clean, the decor was a bit tired and the interior lighting could have been better.

Fantastic as usual!

Liked: We had a bit of a mix up with rooms when we got there but the staff were fantastic sorting things out and we had a very comfortable stay.We stay often and were pleasantly surprised to receive a loyalty card for 10% discount which we enjoyed using at the fantastic restaurant last night.We will definitely continue to come back in the future.
