Liked: The beds were so comfy and the shower was perfect pressure and heat. I liked that my room heater was on when I got there a d the room was warmed up for us. Possibly by accident
Disliked: I didn't like that there was a kettle and no sink or bottled water to fill it up. There was only the bathroom sink but as Maori it's not customary to take kitchen utensils or food in a bathroom. It's against our tikanga. I also didn't like the cost of the hot breakfast considering it was very cold. Mushrooms, bacon, sausages, even hashbrowns were quite cold. If there were tomatoes I wouldn't have minded it cold. I just thought that being told the hot breakfast was more expensive only to fi d its not even hot.

Liked: Good breakfast for a good price.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. There was foundation on the counter and also on the toilet which had me thinking it was something else! I booked for the day and paid the extension to check out at 3pm so I could sleep for a bit between flights after a long 13 hr haul. One of the staff members felt the need to wake me twice to ask if I had paid for the late checkout instead of just checking first. Didn’t help that they were doing maintenance next door either. The manager was very apologetic. It was a decent place to stay and good value, just a shame this particular staff member had no common courtesy

Liked: Location was good.The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was tired and uncared. Toilet set didn't cover the bowl. Curtains had broken glides, the net curtains were dirty. The outside view SAS scruffyThe dining room staff didn't listen and take the order correctly. The 2nd meal was delivered to the table after the 1st meal had been consumed. The shuttle bus couldn't pick up from the hotel.

Worth the money most definitely.

Liked: Fast efficient service and easy access to rooms.
Disliked: The driveway around the back of building needs attention.
