Basic place to stay near...

Liked: The hotel is located close to the airport. The bed was comfortable and there were laundry facilities. Airport transport is provided.
Disliked: The owner/lady was not courteous at all. Our unit was missing one dinner plate but when I asked for a second one she said "every unit comes with two, but here's another one". I later asked for a one hour late checkout and use the offered airport transport. The lady told me that they were booked full and the 10:00 shuttle was only available and to check back later. I checked the evening before checkout and was told "no, the transport van was going in for service" the next morning we checked out at 10:00 and were the only occupants. The shower is mostly open to the bathroom with a short glass panel in front. When taking a shower the whole bathroom floor gets wet and the bathroom vent fan was inoperable so all toiletries and personal items in the bathroom (toothbrushes, razor, hairbrush, etc.) are wet. Overall I feel that this hotel primarily serves international travelers who will not be back so good service and amenities are not important.
