Great service, comfortable beds, cosy...

Liked: We booked this last minute - ie. at the airport when we arrived as our rental car company had let us down. This was the most expensive of our trip (probably due to the last minute booking) but the teens said had the most comfortable beds of the 8 different places we stayed. facilities were warm, cosy, full kitchen, staff very accommodating and helpful. It was a close trip to the airport and would actually book to stay here again if arriving late or leaving early.
Disliked: Nothing - was great.

Liked: Checking in is pretty flexible as well as checking out. Room tidy.

Warm, comfortable and very well...

Liked: The room was very clean. It was very modern, large but most importantly is was really warm! Heaters were on when I arrived in the evening. The kitchen was really well stocked with more than I would expect.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

Free shuttle LOL

Disliked: When is a free airport shuttle not a free service answer when you check out and then you are advised you have to pay as even though this was daytime 1-2 pm time we requested - staff advised us as we had checked out “ we were now outside office hours “ and needed to pay to go to airport terminal note not hire car offices Clearly when we booked we expected this as part of the priceIf this is the extra charges they try to add for fellow kiwis I wonder what they do to overseas tourists Excellent bus service to airport from right outside with free return trips within 2 hours bargain at $4 each - go in to town and backRecommend anyone booking inflated price motels near the airport considers cheaper options nearer city and use bus service
