Liked: Great location for us to attend the opera. Staff are fabulous and very friendly. Great valet parking for $45. Only complaint is the pillows, 1 is to soft but two is to high. Need better quality pillows. Our breakfast was included which was very substantial and delicious.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Stayed here at the start of our honeymoon and loved it, so we wanted to end it here too. Beautiful, clean rooms with lovely, kind and accommodating staff. The hotel is in a good location too.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Spacious room, comfy beds, modern layout and facilities, big bathroom, helpful staff. We stayed here to go to a concert at Auckland Town Hall and it was the perfect location, just stepped outside the building and we were there.
