Comfortable & modern room in...

Liked: Very comfortable beds, modern, beautifully designed & spacious rooms. Great location, walkable to most things in central Auckland.
Disliked: We had a flight landing really early at 5am into Auckland so booked the room for the night before as well so we could check in as soon as we arrived - we put this in the notes in advance too. However because we hadn’t checked in by 10pm the day before they assumed we were a no show and cancelled the booking so when we arrived at 6.30am they had no room available for us. The manager was helpful and they did rectify the situation but it did take an hour or so to gain access to our room which just wasn’t ideal when we had paid for an extra night to avoid this exact scenario.

Birthday delight

Liked: You should have heard the squeal of joy come from my daughter when she opened the door. The room was amazing - the view even better!Bed was soooooo comfortable I wanted to steal it haha
Disliked: The bathroom was quite small but okay.I was silly and forgot slip-ons so I really wish there were (selfishly) slippers in the room!

Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Great location for a show across the rd Te Kanawa Theatre, modern, yummy breakfast, easy self checkout kiosk, efficient and friendly staff
Disliked: No natural light in the room- window looked directly at concrete wall of neighbouring building.

Liked: Freshly decorated, comfortable room with plenty of space to relax. The staff were the best hotel staff I've come across in a long time; friendly and go the extra mile to help you have a good experience.
Disliked: Nothing.
