Aire Hotel Lebanon Hershey East

Disliked: In the hallway to the rooms there was a dead mouse. The photo they present of the rooms is nothing you find. Rooms with dirty carpet, broken floor, broken walls. I don't recommend this hotel.

Liked: NOTHING EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE
Disliked: EVERYTHING, THE PROPERLY IS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE . THERE WERE 1 OLD LADY THAT WERE VERY RUDE AND WEIRDO, THEY NEVER CLEAN THE ROOMS , ONE OF THE BED COVER HAD BLOOD ON IT AND THERE WERE ROACHES. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO STAY FOR 2 NIGHT FOR WE CANCEL ONE NIGHT AND WENT TO OTHER HOTEL. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACES .

Liked: It was a place tp sleep and not too far from the rennaissance faire I guess
Disliked: Honestly thus place was simply a place to sleep. It was definitely not worth what I paid. The room was dirty and disgusting, bathroom was horrible and I didn't even want to shower. The curtain had black spots all over it there were stains on the tubs and walls. Dust and dirt everywhere, crumbs in every corner of the carpet. Beds and couch were uncomfortable and I did not sleep well at all. And the area was bad, I kept waking up from loud people and loud noises.

Liked: Location was perfect for our travel plans and the Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The condition of the hotel was not very good. It looked outside like there were a couple of buildings that were torn down and the foundations were still there. The room was musty and there were several item that were in disrepair. Needs some TLC..

Average room, nothing special.

Disliked: Cleanliness in general... blow dryer did not work in our room.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The images shown on the website are of a nicer hotel next door. I was given a room in the dirty, most likely bug-infested motel next door. The location seemed dangerous at best, and I (along with others who had just checked in) requested a refund.

Liked: Front desk lady was friendly.
Disliked: It seems to be a crusty apartment building that they turned into a motel. Everything in here is run down. Worn out and broken furniture. the room smelled weird too, like mildew. Found trash from what i assume the previous guests. The worst part was the bathroom. It looked like a gas station bathroom. to be honest ive see cleaner public bathrooms. looked like it hasnt been cleaned in years.

The highlight was that the bed was comfortable other than that If anyone is traveling with their fam

Liked: This is a very tired hotel It's in need of a serious upgrade.It seems that this hotel has been turned into a home Is for people on assistance and living their long term. I saw a children coming out of the hotel and waiting for Is the school bus. The night of my arrival the police were required as there were young teens roaming throughout the property that we're not guests.. And upon speaking to the police told me they are there all the time.
Disliked: Is lack of security and the front desk unable to tell me if there was a fridge or microwave in my room. Their response was I don't know.
