Disliked: Old rooms in need of renovation and repairs Staff could be more engaging and polite Late check ins for international travellers not ideal should consider providing earlier time

Holidays in L.A.

Liked: The accommodation is in an exceptional location, right on the beachfront and surrounded by a wide variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom was also in excellent condition. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
Disliked: The value for money is good, but if you want to add an extra bed, the price increases excessively and, in my opinion, disproportionately.

Liked: Stayed at room no 7 in level 2 its super loud!! Not from the noise outside cz at least after 10PM the bar next to the accomodation are close but it was the noise from hot water system or I dont know exactly what was that, its come from inside the wall

Disliked: There were no utensils , plates, the microwave didn't work, and by the time I understood, I had already wasted a good 20 bux in food trying to heat it up... Also, the picture shown for the " "ONLY" full suite, was not the suite we got. We got suite 4, because in the pictures online, it shows the full left side of windows, that's what I thought we were getting. But other than that it was fine. Location was amazing though!

The best place I've stayed...

Liked: I and my wife, attended a music concert, but the highlight of our trip was clearly the location of the hotel. It had an waterfront view and was breathtaking.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, it was beautiful and peaceful

Disliked: Finding free parking is a bit to difficult due to the amount of visitors in the area, but the 24 hour garage was ok and not so far from tho hotel

Right where you want to...

Liked: We had the best time at Air Venice! Stayed for 9 days.  Staff were super cool and friendly. Especially James who took good care of us, the hotel and everything else.  There was always someone at the front desk, 24/7. Both the front door and room doors were locked and secure. The room had a large fridge/freezer and kitchenette. Clean bathroom, free Wi-Fi and many power outlets. The whole place was clean and comfortable.I went with my 16-year-old and we both think it was really nice and safe.  We slept so well here! The room was quiet with a view over Venice and the beach. Totally smoke-free. No disturbing traffic or noise. Just peace. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything and directly on the beach. One step out and you’re exactly where you want to be. The whole area felt safe for walks and it”s really beautiful. Restaurants, shops, and bars right outside. So nice!I read some bad reviews and honestly don’t understand what some people are complaining about. We can’t relate to that. At all! We had the best time at Air Venice! Just go!If you love Venice you’ll love this place.
