Definitely recommend this hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel and a short walk to the Riverwalk, The Alamo and restaurants. Room was huge. Bar area very nice and very nice barman who was also very helpful.

Exceptional

Liked: Exceptionally clean, plus the staff at the front was very helpful. Amazing valet personnel.
Disliked: Not being able to get to the speakeasy area due to minors with me. Would have loved to have shown them the area at an earlier (before drinks bar open etc) time- family friendly. But to no fault of the hotel. Ii can't say a single negative comment, everything was on point.

Lovely hotel. Parking a bit...

Liked: Lovely hotel . Only problem was we checked in late on evening so only got to see part of city. We chose to valet our car with hotel but was disappointed to learn we had to move our car when checked out time came . evening though we had planned to explore city more that day ..it's probably common . But as tourists it a bit of a pain ... 30$approx for valeting with hotel if I had known of it I probly would have looked into parking else where. ..

Liked: Location was good in that it was a short walk to the River Walk. Bed was comfortable. Room was big. The hotel itself was nice. Staff was nice.
Disliked: This hotel sits on a major street intersection and the street noise is horrific. All night long as drivers were sitting at the light they were revving their engines (cars & motorcycles). It was awful. Apparently this is a thing in San Antonio. Not only at this intersection, but all over town. There really is nowhere close to park offsite. Valet parking is an outrageous $30 a nite. For these reasons, we will not stay here again.
