Liked: Probably one of the cleanest, most comfortable places we've stayed in a very long while. We travel a lot and chose this the Aiden last minute because it was convenient to our travel plans. What a pleasant surprise!

Liked: Looks like motel from outside but rooms are renovated very nicely. Front office area is nice and 2 Chicks restaurant is excellent.

Though the room was comfortable...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, odor free and spacious. The pet fee was reasonable.
Disliked: Unleashed dogs about the property. I reported three separate instances to the front office. Traveling with my dog, it’s a safety issue to have uncontrolled pets running free. The same loud guests outside my door at all hours of the night. I asked them to please move or quiet down, but ended up having to call the front desk anyway. Their dog was also running free. My interactions with whom I assume was the manager were also unpleasant. No early check in though I had requested it many hours before. . . Plenty of time to divert cleaning staff to one particular room. Instead we had to wait over an hour, while a guest checking in at the same time was accommodated when asking for early check in.

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: It took 30 minutes to check in even though I had pre checked in. You could literally hear everything through the walls. The rooms smelled so strongly of disinfectant that it made us all sick and when we asked to move we were denied. They closed the pool during our stay which was a BIG deal for my son with autism. When it was open it closed at 8 which is way too early for summer. For the price I paid I expected breakfast.
