Comfortable, quite and clean rooms....

Liked: Excellent hospitality from receptionist. Friendly, fully informed and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. We had no issues.

Good time, wished we received...

Disliked: Asked for room service at check in, did not receive room service at all, no fresh towels, no trash removal, nothing refreshed.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious...

Liked: Easy to locate. Enjoyed breakfast at Two Chicks-good food and great service. Great service at the front desk!
Disliked: Would have liked brighter lighting for the bathroom mirror. Brighter lighting throughout the room would be nice.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient location

Liked: When there was a problem with my credit card, they called me and followed up so we could solve the problem. This proactive approach saved us from showing up without a place to stay!
