Excellent Hotel

Liked: The staff is amazing! I came in early and they checked me in as early as they can. Also, they kept my luggage when I left to go for New Zealand. Location is amazing and walkable distance to the fish market

Liked: Staff were lovely and helpful, the Hotel decor is modern but very inviting. They also offer luggage drop off and storage until your room is ready, which leaves you free to go sightseeing.The breakfast was the perfect start to the day, the coffee was good and the rooms very comfortable ( even though a bit on the smaller side) it had everything you need. Plus water stations on every floor to fill drink bottles, sparkling and still.Security is another plus , but the best part would have to be the position! Just across the road from Pyrmont hotel, which has great views from the top deck, reasonably priced meals and drinks and a relaxing vibe.It's a walk away from several tourist attractions Madame Tussaudes, Sydney Wild life and Sea life. Across the road to the left is the Maritime Museum. Over the foot bridge which takes you to the first three attractions are, shops, cafes, restaurants and an unbelievable gelato shop. To the right and down the road a little is a small shopping precinct, chemist, restaurants, supermarket ect.The rooms have lovely luxurious bath products and organic tea, coffee pods, small pack of cookies, even slippers are provided. We definitely enjoyed our stay, we literally were able to walk to most places in the area and ubered everywhere else.But most importantly, we slept well. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms although modern felt very homely.Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Would add photos, but last time I tried everything I wrote disappeared.
Disliked: There was not a lot to dislike, but if I had to pick anything it would be that the coffee machine provided should be cleaned more often. But literally everywhere we stayed had the same issue. Also if you need a top up on tiolet paper, your favourite tea bags or coffee pods, just ask. Or mention it on your way out to staff.There's weren't topped up on our stay, but if we'd asked staff would have happily provided them. An there were ample amounts otherwise. But they need to leave a spare tiolet roll.Again this is being very picky, an literally was the only negative I could remotely find.We really enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Good location, right across from light rail station Pyrmount. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I pick on is that the head of bed was made from some valve material and it collects dust easily. That often gets missed when the room gets cleaned.

Disliked: There was a musky smell when entering the room 209, like maybe the carpet is getting wet from the shower and it’s getting moldy

Great accomodation, perfect for Lyric...

Liked: We stayed here to be close the Lyric theatre. It was a short stroll away. I think the room was beautiful, small but layout was good. Staff were lovely. Parking was also easy across the road in the Wilson car park.
Disliked: The bed was so soft like sleeping in a cloud, would be wonderful for most, but we are used to a firm mattress, so didn’t love the bed.
